The historic Lenox Hotel in Boston needed to overcome the perception that they were “old and stuffy.” They maintained an extremely loyal customer base, but wanted to attract new customers that had overlooked them in the past.

I lead the team on refreshing the brand by identifying the heart and soul of the hotel – their exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality – through photography and content that captured their true essence.

The new website effectively increased overall visitor engagement and revenue, while maintaining its top 10 status in Boston.
